2. Open discussion & information sharing: “History of the Wilmington Fire Department”

3. Secretary’s Report

4. Treasurer’s report--- IRS Form 990 mailed

5. Communications--- emails, thank-you notes, letters, additions to archives

6. Standing Committee Reports---
a) Library, Museum, Historic Sites Committee ---- Merri /Karen--- will meet to create forms for archives use, internet policy, ethics policy, disaster policy
b) Publications and Programs Committee --- History Tour development (Karen & Doug—map),

Programs for 2007, Open Discussion dates changed to reflect new meeting day/place To begin in June, etc.
(new meeting day—1st Wed. of month except for July 9 due to holiday, Wilmington Community Center)
c) Membership & Nominations Committee --- Nancy & Bob Cressey Membership ---103 paying members in 2007 so far
Nominations--- OPEN for President, Vice-president, Secretary, ONE Trustee (Steve Connor’s position is up and he is leaving the area)---- see “Wilmington” member list for ideas for nominations, especially for Steve’s trustee position

7. Special Committee Reports
--- Whiteface Visitor’s Bureau
--- AuSable Sustainable Communities waterfront project (Guy Stephenson )
--- Wilmington Vision & Planning Committee (Karen)--- name changed to Wilmington Community Enhancement Committee

8. Report from Board of Trustees/any concerns for the Board of Trustees (We look forward to being in Community Center, heater is already installed courtesy of Wilmington Dept. Public Works, cabinets to arrive May 4)
